Responsibilities
Translate Controlling and Aftermarket business needs into functional & technical requirements
Act as interface between Business Controlling and IT delivery teams
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data across systems (e.g., SAP, COGNOS, Power BI tools) and drive continuous improvement in data governance
Running RFC and Operational Planning activities globally, ensuring process requirements are met
Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions in Power BI / Excel / automation tools.
Requirements
Bachelor/Masters in finance with 3-16 years of exp in Finance & Controlling.
Support business with scenario-based forecasting (best/worst cases, volume changes, pricing sensitivities)
Lead variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast) with clear business explanations
Safeguarding of review standards and creation of synergies in operational planning review preparation
Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, ensuring information flow from Regions to PL AM in monthly closing process, commentary of required consolidated reporting, e.g. transitions.
