About the role

  • Marketing Analytics Manager responsible for optimizing data marketing strategies at Younited. Ensuring data-driven approach for campaigns across various countries and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain our attribution model and analytics tools (primarily Google Analytics 4) and ensure their integration into the Younited data stack (in collaboration with Analytics Engineers) to enable consolidated marketing performance reporting and cost monitoring
  • Coordinate with our Data Marketing agency (Jellyfish) and country teams to implement tracking and data collection for all marketing touchpoints and campaigns across countries, ensuring consistent monitoring of customer journeys on the website and app
  • Manage our recently internalized Customer Data Platform within a context of product diversification, working with CRM/PRM teams to ensure it supports our retention and acquisition strategies, and liaising with Analytics Engineers for its evolution and operational maintenance
  • Develop and drive an ambitious roadmap of marketing-related data projects in close collaboration with internal Data teams and leveraging external providers when appropriate
  • Lead CRO initiatives originating from Product and Business teams, working with marketing web teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and testing within a coherent global approach

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of the Google suite (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, BigQuery) and experience managing a Customer Data Platform
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Data Marketing, gained either at a specialist agency or within a digital marketing team — marketing experience is essential
  • Strong business and marketing acumen, comfortable working in complex technical environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams
  • Excellent communicator, able to take a strategic perspective and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders to drive decision-making
  • Fluent in English and French
