About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo Financeiro atuando na Yogoberry, controlando finanças e auxiliando na gestão administrativa. Cuidando de contas a pagar, orçamentos e relatórios.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administrative management of the locations;
  • Manage accounts payable;
  • Verify invoices and boletos (bank payment slips) and schedule payments with the bank;
  • Request invoices and boletos from suppliers, schedule tax and payroll payments;
  • Prepare and update reports;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting;
  • Experience in administrative and financial roles;
  • Knowledge of banking systems;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
