About the role

  • Sales position managing important clients in the retail food sector for yfood. Identifying growth opportunities and maximizing sales potential in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key grocery retail customers within your regional sales territory
  • Identify growth opportunities for your customers and work to maximize sales potential
  • Monitor and optimize shelf placements and expand distribution
  • Act as the primary contact and collaborate with store managers, department heads, and business owners
  • Prepare competitive analyses and participate in trade shows
  • Maintain CRM records and perform comprehensive territory and account management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a retail salesperson, or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution
  • Several years of professional experience in the grocery retail sector (LEH) and ideally in FMCG field sales
  • Confident presence with strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel extensively and to stay overnight in hotels
  • Driving license class B
