Responsibilities
Lead and manage key grocery retail customers within your regional sales territory
Identify growth opportunities for your customers and work to maximize sales potential
Monitor and optimize shelf placements and expand distribution
Act as the primary contact and collaborate with store managers, department heads, and business owners
Prepare competitive analyses and participate in trade shows
Maintain CRM records and perform comprehensive territory and account management
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a retail salesperson, or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution
Several years of professional experience in the grocery retail sector (LEH) and ideally in FMCG field sales
Confident presence with strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and assertiveness
Willingness to travel extensively and to stay overnight in hotels
Driving license class B
