Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project management, business development, team development and mentoring.
Set up the project management infrastructure for implementing a new ECC implementation based on ASAP methodology.
Track the execution and control the project progress and serve as the link to the Project Management Office (PMO)
Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards
Participate in weekly project management team meeting and communicated status, issues, and resolutions
Conduct daily team meetings to track the status and progress of tasks.
Requirements
Should have min of 15 20 yrs of experience
SAP - ECC/ S/4HANA Implementation Project experience - Prefarable in Maximum Expereience in S4HANA Public Cloud Implementations
Should have done 2-3 Implementation and atleast 1 public cloud implementation project
Good Experience in ACTIVATE Methodology
Good Experience in Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, Project Schedule, Cost and Quality
Involve in Business Process Management, Fit To Standard Workshops, gap analysis and AS-IS TO-BE business processes document, using Activate Methodology
