Responsibilities
Co-responsibility for planning, timelines, resources and smooth execution, including tracking of to-dos, dependencies and risks
Support the project lead in the structured, on-time and management-ready setup and delivery of client projects, and take ownership of individual work packages such as analyses, decision memos or rollout components
Prepare status updates, decision memos and structured project documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
Develop persuasive, management-appropriate presentations with clear structure, coherent argumentation and concise distillation of complex content
Prepare for and follow up on meetings, workshops and client appointments, and independently facilitate sessions
Coordinate between internal teams and client contacts
Conduct structured research, analyze findings and professionally prepare information
Contribute to and optimize templates, reporting logic and project standards
Requirements
Completed degree with a business-related background (e.g., Business Administration, Business Management, Economics) or equivalent
2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, agency or corporate environments, ideally in client- and project-driven settings
Highly proficient with MS Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Efficient, goal-oriented use of AI tools for research, structuring and presentation creation
Quick comprehension and the ability to rapidly understand complex topics
Strong skills in structuring, prioritization and execution – you maintain an overview across simultaneous projects and deliver reliably
Clear, professional communication and a confident presence with diverse stakeholders
Hands-on mentality, high quality standards and enthusiasm for driving initiatives forward
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
