Responsibilities
Own and evolve internal processes related to transactional monitoring, metrics, and escalation.
Align cross-functional teams around common operational signals, thresholds, and decision-making frameworks.
Drive clarity around ownership, responsibilities, and escalation paths across teams.
Ensure that transactional metrics and alerts support timely and effective operational decisions.
Coordinate cross-team response during payment-related incidents and support post-incident reviews.
Establish and maintain governance practices for operational decision-making and risk management.
Ensure internal processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable.
Support the adoption and integration of data observability and analytics platforms from a process and governance perspective.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Process Manager.
Experience in fintech, payments, or similar high-volume transactional environments is preferred.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong understanding of operational risk, metrics, and escalation processes.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
