About the role

  • Project Manager for internal processes managing operational metrics in fintech. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective operational decision-making and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve internal processes related to transactional monitoring, metrics, and escalation.
  • Align cross-functional teams around common operational signals, thresholds, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Drive clarity around ownership, responsibilities, and escalation paths across teams.
  • Ensure that transactional metrics and alerts support timely and effective operational decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-team response during payment-related incidents and support post-incident reviews.
  • Establish and maintain governance practices for operational decision-making and risk management.
  • Ensure internal processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable.
  • Support the adoption and integration of data observability and analytics platforms from a process and governance perspective.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Process Manager.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or similar high-volume transactional environments is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk, metrics, and escalation processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
