About the role
- Field Operations Manager responsible for overseeing installation standards and team training for XPEL automotive products. Engaging in quality control and administrative communication with staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film meet the standards.
- Must lead by example and participate in installation duties as needed.
- Work to learn the newest product innovations.
- Focused on educating and training the in-field operations team on the regularly changing requirements.
- Inventory ordering/inventory monitoring.
- Car counts at dealerships.
- Liaison between admin and installer (payroll/EOD/warranties/pricing).
- Quality control.
- Monthly audits.
- End-of-day reporting.
- Billing reporting including research and audit all logged information is in compliance for morning billing.
- Audits done by field operations management or regional managers monthly.
- Adding employees at locations.
- Recording pay raises, and inputting new hires into our software systems.
- Assisting in logging warranties and other entries as needed.
- New account setup/hotspot administration.
- Billing duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Enjoys multitasking and works with a sense of urgency.
