About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage library applications and servers, deploying updates and identifying production issues.
  • Collaborate with WashU IT to build and manage infrastructure for library needs.
  • Write and maintain documentation for systems architecture and application code.
  • Participate in iterative testing and integration of user feedback.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • Four years of work experience in Information Technology.
  • Skills in Unix/Linux and Windows servers, cloud services (AWS or Azure).
  • Client and server-side coding in languages like Ruby, PHP, Python, Java.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies, such as LDAP and SAML.
