About the role

  • Manager of Marketing & Student Recruitment directing recruitment strategies for graduate programs. Collaborating with faculty and prospective students while leveraging marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment and marketing strategies for educational degree programs
  • Manage recruitment and marketing/public information needs for the department
  • Cultivate relationships with students during admission processes and while enrolled
  • Work as a member of the education team to develop and achieve strategic initiatives of the program
  • Independently create marketing strategies to publicize program accomplishments
  • Develop and nurture relationships with faculty, prospective students, alumni, and other staff
  • Manage the prospective student database for degree programs
  • Conduct tours for prospective students
  • Plan and coordinate the publication of recruitment materials
  • Assist with updating faculty profiles
  • Supervise or coordinate recruitment activities of other personnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of Higher Education experience
