About the role
- Manager of Financial Planning providing financial analysis and operational oversight for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Collaborating with stakeholders to support CAPS's financial sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level financial analysis, planning support, and operational oversight for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies (CAPS)
- Support the Director in budgeting, accounting, and functions to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct monthly variance, trend, and quarterly forecasting analyses
- Oversee fiscal operations including reconciliations, allocations, and year-end close
- Collaborate with CFU accounting to resolve complex financial issues
- Oversee payroll processes in Workday
- Provide strategic oversight of student financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Relevant Experience (3 Years)
- No specific certification/professional license required
- Driver's license is not required
- Master's degree - Accounting or Master's degree - Finance preferred
