About the role
- Senior Mobile Developer focused on Information Security developing mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. Ensuring adherence to best security practices and developing secure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop mobile software for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
- Design technology solutions to meet business and client needs, focusing on creating mobile applications that adhere to information security best practices.
- Meet business requirements defined by the Product Owner (both business and technical) as well as the acceptance criteria provided by the QA team.
- Monitor and support the application rollout to staging/homologation environments through to final delivery and production use.
- Ensure compliance with AMIL IT working methodology, and perform auditing and monitoring of projects under your responsibility.
- Ensure mobile application code follows security best practices (e.g., OWASP Mobile), performing code reviews and security testing as needed.
- Build mobile solutions to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and deliver new business models.
- Maintain existing software systems by assessing and fixing defects.
- Ensure the security and integrity of mobile applications and user data.
- Create and maintain secure development standards and documentation for mobile applications (Android and iOS) for use across all projects.
Requirements
- Experience with mobile code security analysis tools (SAST).
- Experience in security testing of mobile applications.
- Experience with code validation and vulnerability testing tools or platforms (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx).
- Knowledge of reverse engineering and mobile malware analysis.
- Knowledge of data security at rest and in transit in mobile applications.
- Security certifications (e.g., Security+, Certified Mobile Application Security Professional - CMAS).
- Familiarity with web-based frameworks (for areas that require the use of WebViews).
- Experience in the Healthcare or Financial/Banking sectors.
- Experience with version control tools such as TFS or GitHub.
- Knowledge of mobile application security (OWASP Mobile Security Project, etc.).
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization in mobile (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Knowledge of security when consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cryptography in mobile applications.
