About the role

  • Solution Consultant in HCM Customer Engagement & Renewals team driving product adoption and maintaining customer relations. Requires extensive Workday product knowledge and experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the value and benefits of underutilized products
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer team members
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on product-related inquiries
  • Stay informed about new product releases and features to identify potential use cases for existing customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday Solution Consulting Experience or Product Experience in a Customer Facing Role
  • 5+ Workday product knowledge across the HCM suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading open-ended conversations to uncover opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
