About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver appointment-based consulting engagements focused on Record to Report configuration and optimization
- Partner with customers to understand accounting, close, and reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Financials solutions
- Provide design options, configuration recommendations, and best-practice guidance aligned to Workday standards and accounting principles
- Configure, review, and optimize Workday Record to Report functionality
- Troubleshoot complex configuration, security, and data issues; identify root causes and recommend optimal solutions
- Design and deliver feature demonstrations, Accelerator Webinars, and enablement sessions focused on Record to Report processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials Record to Report configuration experience
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials and financial systems
- 3+ years of customer-facing consulting or advisory experience supporting Record to Report processes
- Workday Certification or ability to obtain a Workday Certification
- Ability to clearly explain complex Record to Report and security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliverables concurrently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting large, global enterprises with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- Ability to travel up to 20%, based on customer and business needs
