Responsibilities
Review and maintain the accuracy and compliance of Materials Master Data
Develop and expand equipment Bills of Material (BOM) to support maintenance activities
Ensure new materials are properly catalogued and classified according to recognised standards
Implement and monitor material data updates to maintain consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with maintenance planners and procurement teams to ensure material availability and correct specifications
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material data governance and spare parts management
Requirements
More than 5 years in materials, spare parts, and services management within a CMMS environment
10 years in a mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical trade background (or similar) is highly regarded
Proficient in SAP PM master data management, including functional locations, equipment, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans
Understanding of change request workflows and compliance with governance standards
Awareness of reliability engineering concepts and equipment/maintenance strategies
Advanced competency with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity principles
Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with multi-disciplinary internal and external teams
