About the role
- Producer managing CGI and postproduction projects for strong brands. Responsible for project control, client interaction, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- You take responsibility for budgeting, production and financial controlling of various projects in the areas of CGI, AI & Motion Design, Interactive and Postproduction.
- You are responsible for planning, managing and overseeing all production-related activities.
- You assume organizational, technical, qualitative and financial responsibility for complex projects, including international teams, both on-site and remote.
- You provide client consulting and build and maintain trusting relationships.
- Your tasks include preparing presentations and independently presenting projects to clients.
- You recruit and coordinate freelancers, external vendors and cooperation partners.
- You design and implement measures to improve project performance, which you report on regularly.
- Working independently and responsibly, as well as leading an interdisciplinary team, are part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- You hold a degree (e.g., in Film, Media, Media Management, Communication Design) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Producer in film productions, agencies and/or postproduction studios.
- You have experience in client management and consulting, as well as coordinating complex projects and campaigns.
- You are familiar with established project management methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- You demonstrate a strong commercial/business mindset.
- You bring several years of experience in moving image production (3D, CGI, AI, Virtual Production, Interactive & Live Communication, etc.).
- You have good knowledge of digital trends, an interest in future topics (AI) and a strong understanding of brands.
- You have a quick grasp and a high sense of responsibility.
- You enjoy communication and teamwork.
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
