Responsibilities
You lead with passion and build a strong team of Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts.
You develop people, provide orientation, and create a working style where professional excellence, quality and reliability come together.
At the same time, you actively work as the Lead Business Analyst on the Online Lohn product and ensure that our solutions are correct from a business perspective, clearly specified and delivered with high quality.
You assume disciplinary leadership of the Business Analysts and the Quality Assurance Analysts, including setting objectives, conducting development discussions, coaching and long-term personnel development.
You ensure that competencies, responsibilities and capacities in the team are deployed in line with our product goals, and you support recruiting and structured onboarding of new colleagues.
You actively work as the Lead Business Analyst in the Online Lohn product and take responsibility for analysis, design and the business elaboration of complex requirements.
You are responsible for the quality of business specifications: you ensure clear requirements, traceable acceptance criteria, consistent business concepts and clean documentation as the basis for implementation.
You strengthen quality assurance together with your team: you establish a high level of business test quality, support the definition of test cases and ensure reliable business acceptance of results.
You facilitate workshops for requirements capture and solution finding, structure decisions and ensure efficient collaboration with Development, Product Management, User Experience and other stakeholders.
You keep an eye on legal changes and market requirements in payroll and ensure they are considered correctly, timely and with a customer focus in Online Lohn.
You develop standards and ways of working for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance further so that we can deliver faster without losing quality.
Requirements
You bring at least five years of practical experience in payroll and can structure and communicate complex business topics clearly.
You have at least three years of experience in disciplinary leadership and demonstrable enjoyment in developing people, setting clear expectations and making a team successful.
You understand the reality of modern software development and have experience collaborating with development teams in an agile environment.
You have very strong skills in Requirements Engineering, stakeholder management, as well as moderation and conflict resolution.
You work in a structured, decisive and quality-oriented manner, without losing sight of pragmatic solutions.
Experience in human resources is a plus, particularly in the context of HR processes, personnel administration or related topics.
Linguistically, you are convincing with native-level, business-fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written.
