Responsibilities
Maintains and generates profitable revenue by leading a team of Sr. Account Executives (SAEs).
Assists in developing and executing the Area's Sales and Marketing Plan.
Leads the Greater Houston Area’s new business development efforts.
Drives the Greater Houston Area’s growth strategy.
Demonstrates outstanding management and customer service skills.
Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
Supervises activities of the Sales Department.
Maintains an ongoing training, coaching and mentoring program.
Works with the Area Sales Manager to manage price increase strategies.
Analyzes lost business trends and recommends corrective actions.
Provides expert industry knowledge and interpretation of regulations.
Regularly meets with customer executives to ensure client needs are met.
Interviews and recruits qualified candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (accredited)
High School Diploma in lieu of degree, High School or GED or High School Equivalency and 5 years of business-to-business sales.
