About the role

  • Software Developer responsible for evolving critical product functionalities with C++. Collaborating with the team on engineering challenges while following best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve features and perform maintenance with responsibility on a robust, business-critical product
  • Work following best practices, code reviews and quality standards
  • Tackle real engineering problems: performance, stability, refactoring and continuous evolution
  • Learn C++ properly with team support — no "thrown into the fire" on day one
  • Your training path (what we sponsor for you): Fundamentals and leveling: object-oriented programming, architecture and applied logic
  • Best practices: Clean Code, patterns and peer review
  • Consolidation in C++: libraries, internal patterns and product domain expertise
  • Continuous growth: progressive challenges and clear technical maturity goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in software development (any language)
  • Commitment to quality (readability, tests when applicable, best practices)
  • Technical English for reading and writing
  • Differentials (not mandatory): Experience with C++ or C#
  • Familiarity with Git
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of Web APIs and unit testing
