Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis & concept design: Analyze business processes and identify suitable application areas for AI solutions
- Data management: Collect, preprocess and ensure the quality of large datasets (structured and unstructured data, Big Data)
- Algorithm development: Select, customize and optimize suitable machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., classification, regression, clustering)
- Model training & evaluation: Train AI models using modern frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) as well as integrate them into existing software architectures and automate via MLOps
- Monitoring & optimization: Continuously monitor, maintain and improve existing AI solutions and drive sustainable optimization
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science (focus on Digital Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or equivalent) or Mathematics with the relevant specialization
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++ or R and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
- Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, statistics, probability theory, linear algebra and calculus
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms
- Analytical mindset, precise working style and enthusiasm for innovation in the fields of Machine Learning & AI development
