About the role

Responsibilities
- Safeguards WISI’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
- Ensures availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical assets
- Supports business continuity and drives compliance with ISO27001:2022
- Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, IAM, and SIEM
- Conduct patching, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
- Oversee Helpdesk SLAs; troubleshoot end-user issues; manage backups and disaster recovery
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/IT
- Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+) an asset
- Strong foundation in infrastructure, networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud security
- Experience with ISO27001:2022 compliance and compliance automation platforms like Drata
- Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; adaptable and committed to continuous learning
- Willingness to support after-hours operations when required
