Responsibilities
- Monitor and hold managed service providers (MSPs) accountable for cloud infrastructure quality and SLAs
- Lead and contribute to Azure infrastructure projects: cost reduction, automation, redundancy, and Disaster Recovery
- Build and maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for IT assets
- Coordinate the rollout and upkeep of AI agents built on Microsoft Copilot
- Step in as a technical escalation point during major incidents
Requirements
- 4–5 years working with cloud infrastructure, with solid Azure hands-on experience
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and basic security principles
- Native Polish and ability to work comfortably in English (B2 minimum)
- Experience with Copilot Studio or Power Platform is a plus, not a dealbreaker
