About the role

  • Program Manager for Recruiting Operations at Whatnot, a community-focused live shopping platform. Responsible for designing and scaling processes that improve recruiting efficiency and candidate quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting operations programs for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams
  • Manage interview training programs, including scheduling and delivering trainings and maintaining training materials
  • Own and scale our Quality of Hire program
  • Identify and drive operational improvements to ensure recruiting programs and processes are effective, efficient, and scalable
  • Partner with the Technical Recruiting organization on a variety of initiatives, including:
  • Developing and leading recruiting-focused projects for hiring teams and leadership
  • Driving cross-functional initiatives by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across recruiting and partner teams
  • Leverage data to define success metrics, evaluate program impact, and inform strategic decisions
  • Contribute to other business-critical recruiting initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, and/or program, change, or project management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A passion for building new, inclusive, and scalable programs
  • Strong ownership, autonomy, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
  • A demonstrated ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A data-driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy identifying trends and turning insights into action
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to shift priorities as circumstances change
