- Drive timely execution: prioritize backlog, track deliverables, and ensure all projects meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- Establish data-quality frameworks and best practices for data testing, lineage and governance.
- Optimize performance of data models and Tableau data extracts to balance freshness and cost.
- Build and maintain core Tableau dashboards and reporting layers for cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in BI or data-engineering roles, with at least 2 years leading engineers.
- Deep expertise in dbt (data modeling), SQL, and building scalable data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
- Strong software-engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation.
- Proven track record of delivering BI projects on time, with SLAs.
- Excellent communicator- able to navigate between technical depth and business clarity.
- Experience integrating machine learning models into data pipelines.
- Experience designing and building internal APIs for data access and consumption.
- Experience in gaming or other high-velocity consumer-tech environments - Advantage
