About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive Live Event scheduling, design, tuning, and improvement priorities, coordinating and configuring internally
- Manage Content Pipelines against release calendar, optimizing output against measurable upside
- Develop foundational VIP program, proactively supporting and re-engaging our top players
- Coordinate with the Data team to analyze Live Ops performance, regularly seeking continual improvement
- Collaborate with Roadmap Development Product Management to align on Feature priorities and Release support
- Lead a cross-functional Live Operations group, and manage a small team of production coordinators
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Live Operations, or Live Production within the mobile gaming industry
- Experience managing Live Operation strategy and delivery, including Event, Sales, and Content setup, on a live title
- Experience working within smaller organizations, ability to lead on the ground
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working in Excel with a history of data-informed decision making
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
