About the role
- Senior Insurance Product Manager enhancing digital insurance products at MOINSure GmbH. Engaging in product optimization, risk management, and collaboration with various partners in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and further develop existing insurance products and integrate planning into the company-wide roadmap
- Create internal and external coverage and benefits overviews and comparisons
- Manage diversification of the product and insurer (risk carrier) portfolio
- Support tender processes and negotiate product setups
- Ensure document development, creation, and maintenance for a structured filing system
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal product and support inquiries
- Conduct internal product trainings
- Lead negotiations and integration discussions with partners and service providers
- Act as point of contact for insurer/risk-carrier partnerships
- Provide insurance expertise in partial and major projects
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or a degree in business administration/insurance management
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector (product development for property/casualty insurance, e.g., leasing, bicycle, electronics, or pet insurance)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Team player with a structured and proactive working style
- Commitment to continuous professional development and maintenance of expert knowledge
- Very good German and English language skills
