Responsibilities
Represent the company at authorized dealers and end customers; engage with major accounts
Develop and expand new dealer territories and ensure machine sales
Prepare the annual sales plan in collaboration with dealers
Ensure the information flow between dealers and the plant
Continuously analyze market trends, technology and pricing
Prepare quotations and support dealers in competitive situations
Conduct training and support prospective customers during factory visits
Discuss financing and rental offers
Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative solutions; participate in trade shows and events
Requirements
Sales/Key Account experience: Ideally in mechanical engineering or in sales of construction machinery in the B2B sector
Strong communication skills: A passionate personality with enthusiasm for high-quality products
Sales strategy: Ability to independently develop sales strategies
Language skills: Additional foreign languages are an advantage
MS Office: Proficient user of MS Office products
Willingness to travel: High willingness to travel
