About the role
- Process Engineer responsible for engineering support and project management in manufacturing at West Pharmaceutical Services. Involvement in process development and technical guidance for plant optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide engineering support for projects from conception through production
- Interact with engineering, management, site, and corporate team members to develop specifications
- Perform process development on new and existing molds
- Assist in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic design modifications
- Coordinate and/or perform validations for manufacturing equipment
- Research and analyze data for feasibility of design
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years plastic injection mold processing experience required
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience with four (4) years of practical application a plus
- RJG Master Molder Certification preferred
