Responsibilities
- Manage the NSSS bid and proposal process collaboratively with your department to ensure smooth process
- Assist with resource demand to lead efficient resource use matching with project timelines
- Serve as a technical resource to support project demands
- Challenge team and organization status quo to improve the efficiency of team
- Guide technology continuous improvement and standardization
- Support Monthly reporting
- Scan the environment to verify products, services and design processes are adding value to both the customer and Westinghouse
- Identify gaps within engineering team and work with management to develop the necessary talent ensuring minimal skills gaps exist within the NSSS group
- Mentor Engineers (I/II/Sr.) to ensure meeting company standards and expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of instrumentation & control experience inclusive of project experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
- Apply comprehensive knowledge in one or more areas of specialization
- Lead the engineering of customer – oriented solutions which directly support our profitability goals
- MSEE, MBA, PE preferred.
