About the role

  • Product Manager for Personalization & Engagement at Western Union, enhancing customer experiences across digital platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering behavior-driven strategies for engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute personalization and engagement strategies across multiple digital experiences.
  • Design and manage targeted campaigns and incentives to drive engagement, retention, and customer behavior.
  • Partner with horizontal PMs (Content, Deals, Loyalty, Dashboard) to ensure personalized interventions align with the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with the CMS/platform team to implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to measure campaign impact and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, preferably in personalization, engagement, or behavioral campaigns.
  • Experience with cross-channel digital products (web, app, dashboards).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with platform/engineering teams to implement personalization solutions.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively across multiple PMs.
