About the role

  • Take ownership of producing and publishing digital teaching materials
  • Maintain and update the company’s proprietary platforms
  • Commission, manage and supervise appropriate external service providers (e.g., graphic designers, audio and video producers, agencies)
  • Research suitable third-party materials, such as images and animations
  • Responsible for maintaining relevant metadata in the in-house Content Management System (CMS)
  • Report internally on production status and progress

Requirements

  • Degree in Media Studies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Initial experience in project or production management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for educational topics
  • Affinity for digital learning solutions
  • Ideally, first-hand experience producing digital learning content
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new and complex subject matter
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Initial experience with authoring systems and/or image and video editing
