About the role
- Associate General Counsel focusing on product liability litigation and claims management for ProDriven Global Brands. Providing legal support and advising on various corporate legal matters within a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and hands-on legal support focusing on product liability litigation and claims management
- Manage and oversee product liability litigation and claims
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advise on employment law matters
- Support internal investigations and compliance programs
- Serve as a core member of the Company’s senior legal leadership team
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 15–20 years of legal experience, with significant experience in product liability litigation
- Demonstrated exposure to broader business, commercial, or enterprise legal matters
- Working knowledge of commercial contracting, business counseling, and employment law
- Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation and working effectively with outside counsel
