About the role

  • Working Student in Graphic Design Operations responsible for design changes and project work. Opportunity to work in a hybrid environment in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Design adjustments: You are responsible for design changes and modifications to our informational signage.
  • Inventory maintenance: You save your adjustments in our online inventory and review existing designs for correctness and aesthetics.
  • Project ownership: You take sole responsibility for projects throughout the entire process.
  • Design development: You create new design concepts and develop them together with your team.
  • Continuous improvement: You challenge the status quo and drive ongoing process optimization.

Requirements

  • Background: You are a currently enrolled student (all genders) in any field of study and enjoy design and aesthetics.
  • Responsible and reliable: You work efficiently while remaining conscientious and independent, and you are highly dependable.
  • Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics — even the smallest errors don’t go unnoticed.
  • Language skills: You speak German at C2 level and have good English skills.
  • Availability: You can commit 15–20 hours per week — you decide when and where you’re most productive: remote, in our office, or a mix of both.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Figma is a plus.
