About the role
- Lead Business Execution Consultant managing BSA/AML Data Strategy and solutions. Oversee cross-functional teams to execute regulatory compliance initiatives and drive accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and limit risk exposure
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches
- Make decisions in highly complex situations requiring solid understanding of business
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding BSA/AML
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.)
- Strong risk management and change management capabilities
- Experience in process improvement and performance metrics tracking
- Prior experience working with technology and data teams
- Prior experience working in a financial services banking capacity
- Experience leading medium to large-scale change initiatives
