About the role

• Marketing Project Manager responsible for project management and delivery of marketing programs at Welldoc. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• responsible for project management and delivery of marketing programs and tactics across multiple clients or workstreams
• responsible for flawless execution and on-time delivery of marketing assets
• create and own the project plan and manage day-to-day tasks from project start to completion
• set expectations and manage project scope, timelines, tasks, and team communication
• manage multiple workstreams and timelines
• develop, maintain, and own detailed project plans, tasks, and timelines
• own tracking project progress, tasks, key decisions, and deliverable status
• proactively identify and address issues, dependencies, and risks
• develop contingency and best-case scenarios and resolution plans
• manage internal and client reviews of marketing assets and content
• oversee the Design Team pull-through of edits
• proof and QA all marketing deliverables
• maintain documentation including copy docs, process flows, etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Project Management Role
• Expert in marketing project management – healthcare / biotech / life sciences industries experience is a plus
• Solid organizational skills and proven ability to multitask across multiple workstreams
• Proficient in marketing, marketing production, and marketing operations
• Advanced, day-to-day experience with at least one major project management platform (e.g. Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Wrike)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe, etc.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and design platforms (Figma) is a plus
• Detail obsessed with extreme attention to detail and impeccable proof-reading skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, proactively identifies gaps or issues and provides solutions
• Flexibility and ability to operate in fast-paced work environment
• Able to work as part of a group and independently without significant oversight
• Agency experience is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
