Responsibilities
- As a Senior Web Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for leading advanced measurement, optimization, and digital experimentation initiatives, ensuring strategic decisions are supported by robust data, actionable insights, and mature analytical processes.
- On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Define the measurement strategy and ensure KPIs and metrics are aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct advanced behavior and conversion analyses, transforming complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Lead CRO and experimentation efforts, including AB test roadmaps, hypothesis definition, statistical methodology, and result analysis.
- Ensure data governance and quality by creating and validating technical specifications and implementations in Adobe Launch (or similar).
- Develop strategic dashboards that support tactical and executive decision-making.
- Serve as a technical reference, promoting best practices and analytical maturity across the organization.
- Support multidisciplinary teams in optimization, measurement, and experimentation initiatives.
- Supervise and evolve the ecosystem of analytics, CRO, and behavioral-capture tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Web Analytics, acting as a technical reference in measurement, advanced analysis, and digital performance optimization.
- Full mastery of tagging for websites and applications, including collection methodologies, advanced troubleshooting, and implementation of governance frameworks.
- Specialization in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target, with the ability to architect, configure, integrate, and scale analytical solutions.
- Deep experience in CRO and experimentation, including use of testing platforms, hypothesis definition, statistical rigor, and experiment roadmap management.
- Strong experience in Data Visualization, creating executive and operational dashboards that connect metrics to business strategy.
- Practical, applied knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, ensuring autonomy in technical validation, data manipulation, and tool integration (or similar technologies).
- Analytical and consultative profile, capable of translating complex data into actionable recommendations and influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices.
- Participation in advanced digital measurement projects, contributing to tracking plan design, analytical integrations, and continuous data quality improvements.
- Ability to lead teams and partners technically, fostering maturity in analytics, CRO, and a data-driven culture.
