Responsibilities

  • Develop new applications;
  • Develop new features for the team's product(s);
  • Maintain and evolve existing applications;
  • Propose technical solutions;
  • Monitor the product;
  • Ensure development best practices, scalability, security and performance;
  • Conduct code reviews;
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Provide technical mentorship to other team members;
  • Develop/participate in the execution of the team's core activities;

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of programming logic;
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages, with a focus on maintaining performance, security and scalability in the team's environment (C#, .NET Core, Node.js);
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cloud, providing support and suggesting improvements for the team (AWS: CloudFront, CloudFormation, Route53, EC2, ECS, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway and Lambda);
  • Advanced knowledge of queries for performant and scalable applications (proper use of joins, replacing subselects, etc.);
  • Intermediate experience in application testing (TDD, BDD, unit testing);
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Sonar, New Relic, CloudWatch, Kibana, Grafana);
  • Experience using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
