About the role

  • Account Director responsible for leading client services in a hybrid role. Collaborating with global automotive brands to develop effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision and leadership of Account Managers
  • Motivating and developing the team
  • Project controlling and quality management
  • Primary point of contact for clients and proactive client development
  • Strategic client advisory and account leadership
  • Independently managing client projects at national and international levels
  • Responsibility for budget control of client projects
  • Contributing to pitches

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally at a digital creative agency with an automotive focus and a global remit (additional experience on the automotive client side, e.g., in marketing, is a plus)
  • Strong brand understanding in the context of social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
