- Work in partnership with clients, investors and the MAPP PM teams
- Help identify opportunities for sustainable portfolio improvement and enhancing assets
- Provide sustainability advice, implementing and tracking initiatives, data reporting and assisting with portfolio submissions and building certifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of ESG, Sustainability and Social Value roles
- Experience of working in the Real Estate or Facilities Management sector would be desirable
- A degree in a relevant discipline (environment, sustainability or energy-related subjects would be an advantage)
