Responsibilities
Drive B2B growth through event operations (80%) and social content (20%)
Own logistics, budgets, and vendor management while localising social strategy for the local market
Support end-to-end budgets across all assigned events, including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and rigorous financial reporting
Support vendor relationships, including drafting and executing contracts, generating POs, and ensuring full financial compliance
Build and manage event registration, RSVP setups, and event pages on both internal and external platforms
Track client nominations and registrations, providing regular performance reporting to key stakeholders
Execute event communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
Organise physical event collateral such as signage, badges, and printed materials
Oversee digital event logistics, including webinars, pre-event setup, live execution, and post-event analysis
Maintain structured project trackers and documentation with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency
Assist in localising global social content into the Vietnamese audience, ensuring the tone, cultural nuances, and brand messaging are accurately reflected
Draft and schedule engaging social copy that appeals to local B2B audiences and stakeholders
Follow up post-event to share content, report attendee metrics, and collect community feedback across social channels
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in event management, operations, or marketing support, ideally within a multi-country or technology-focused environment
Proven track record in managing complex event logistics and end-to-end project timelines
Financially savvy with direct experience in significant budget management, expense tracking, and vendor procurement
Experience in social media management or content creation for B2B platforms, with a strong understanding of the Vietnamese digital landscape
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); familiarity with event registration platforms and basic HTML knowledge is a plus
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple workstreams independently
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Ability to travel as required to support on-site event execution
