Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing analysts
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
- Ability to translate data into business insights
- Comfortable in entrepreneurial, fast paced environments building analytics and data from scratch
- Master’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline preferred but not required
- Expert with SQL, Python or R
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Background in financial services, or regulated industries
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experienced with Salesforce and Power BI platforms
