About the role

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and enhance systems & integrations connecting GTM Tech Stack
- Build and implement tools to increase sales rep productivity
- Take ownership of inbound routing across partnerships and owned channels
- Use self-sourced data to analyse specific process performance
- Measure results against existing KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance teams
- Support revenue data hygiene and process improvements
- Support the implementation and scaling of automated solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, MarOps, consultancy or similar roles
- Excellent technical fluency & analytical skills
- Proven experience with Python (or node.js), SQL, HubSpot automations & developer suite
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Pipedream, n8n, UIPath)
- Proven expertise configuring and administering HubSpot and other GTM-function technologies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Robust problem-solving capabilities
- Passionate about FinTech/eCommerce
