Responsibilities
- Participar en el desarrollo y evolución de soluciones Appian dentro de un proyecto estratégico y de largo recorrido.
- Analizar, diseñar y diagramar procesos de negocio end‑to‑end, asegurando su correcta automatización y orquestación en Appian.
- Definir y construir flujos de trabajo eficientes, escalables y mantenibles, alineados con los requisitos del negocio.

Requirements
- Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de soluciones con tecnología Appian.
- Conocimientos en modelado, diagramación y optimización de procesos de negocio.
- Experiencia previa en proyectos del sector bancario o servicios financieros (valorable).
- Certificación Appian o fuerte interés en obtenerla (muy valorable).
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
