About the role

  • Werkstudent:in Finance supporting payroll and employee services in hybrid role based in Großraum Nürnberg, Germany. Involves project work and administrative tasks in diverse finance areas.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the team in day-to-day tasks related to payroll, mobility benefits and international assignments.
  • You will assist in managing expense accounts and ensure the reminder workflow runs reliably.
  • You will prepare HR analyses and reports and process relevant documents, e.g. A1 certificates.
  • You will actively participate in projects – for example, creating training materials/videos or organizing team events.
  • You will take on administrative tasks and keep our internal information pages up to date.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a business/management-related field.
  • Ideally, you already have first practical experience in the finance area.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have a basic IT affinity.
  • You are reliable, quality-conscious and work in a structured manner.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are service-oriented and have strong communication skills.
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You reside in the Greater Nuremberg area.
