Responsibilities
You will support the team in day-to-day tasks related to payroll, mobility benefits and international assignments.
You will assist in managing expense accounts and ensure the reminder workflow runs reliably.
You will prepare HR analyses and reports and process relevant documents, e.g. A1 certificates.
You will actively participate in projects – for example, creating training materials/videos or organizing team events.
You will take on administrative tasks and keep our internal information pages up to date.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a business/management-related field.
Ideally, you already have first practical experience in the finance area.
You are proficient in MS Office and have a basic IT affinity.
You are reliable, quality-conscious and work in a structured manner.
You enjoy working in a team, are service-oriented and have strong communication skills.
You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You reside in the Greater Nuremberg area.
