• (Senior) Managing Consultant for Insurance Technology & Transformation providing strategic solutions for insurance clients across Europe. Drive digital transformation and modernization in a collaborative global environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurance companies on modernizing their operations IT and transforming their core business to a core platform.
• Define target applications and IT landscapes with focus on insurance core applications.
• Analyze business requirements for insurance core processes and define solution designs.
• Analyze and develop implementation options including subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments.
• Integrate management analysis and define functional and/or technical integration of the insurance core system with peripheral systems.
• Analyze and visualize the impact of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support transformation initiatives.
• Act as project manager / project lead in international team setups.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in management consulting with focus on insurance.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the implementation of insurance core processes and solutions.
• Experienced in migration projects and interest in modernizing complex insurance solutions.
• Interested in AI applications and their potential to drive efficiency and innovation in insurance operations.
• Strong analytical and methodological skills.
• Profound knowledge in project management (agile preferred) as well as in organizing and moderating workshops.
