Responsibilities
- Leadership and strategic development responsibilities in Digital Identity.
- Executive advising on strategic and technological issues in IT security and identity management.
- Developing tailored security strategies for Digital Identity and implementing them together with the team.
- Responsibility for best practices, standards, and measures within the IAM domain.
- Responsible for cyber security assessments as well as identifying and mitigating threats in the IAM area.
- Active business development and supporting sales with subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in Digital Identity (IAM, PAM, MFA, CIAM) as well as in consulting and project management.
- Experience leading teams and projects and having assumed managerial/operational responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and security-related requirements in identity and access management.
- Sales and presales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition.
- Experience with leading IAM and PAM technologies such as Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, or One Identity.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills and a deep understanding of IT security architectures.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field — or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
