Responsibilities

• Advise insurance clients on digital transformation, core system modernization, and operational improvements.
• Design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, agility, and customer experience.
• Manage project workstreams and facilitate client workshops across various transformation topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external vendors.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in management consulting within the insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of core insurance processes and supporting IT systems.
• Worked on transformation projects or modernization programs.
• Understanding of IT and business architecture in an insurance context.
• Interested in AI applications and their potential to drive efficiency and innovation in insurance operations.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, depending on client needs.
