Responsibilities
- As a (Senior) Consultant, you shape organizational, business or technical (re-)insurance projects in a national or international environment.
- You manage projects at the interface of Business & IT, support optimization and digitization processes, and help shape our consulting portfolio.
- You leverage your experience in Customer, Sales (omnichannel), Data Analytics, AI, Operations, Core Platforms, Account Management or Digital Finance to provide topic-specific support to our clients.
- You identify sales potential and actively develop our topic-specific service portfolio.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, a (re)insurance company, an InsurTech or an insurance-related start-up.
- Initial experience in (partial) project leadership with knowledge of traditional and agile methodologies.
- Interest in AI applications and their potential within insurance processes.
- Negotiation-level German (business-fluent) and good to very good English skills.
- A successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
