Responsibilities
Help shape organizational, functional or technical (re)insurance projects in national or international environments.
Manage projects at the interface of Business & IT.
Support the implementation of optimization and digitalization processes.
Support topic-specific clients (Key Accounts).
Identify sales opportunities and support successful go-to-market activities.
Utilize AI technologies to optimize processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience as a consultant in a management consultancy, a (re)insurer, an InsurTech or an insurance-related start-up.
(Initial) experience as a (part-)project lead with knowledge of classical and agile methods.
Enthusiasm for developing a future vision with insurance clients and helping them implement it.
Interest in AI applications and their potential.
Business-fluent German and good to very good English skills.
Successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
Occasional travel within the DACH region.
