About the role

• Senior Consultant Banking advising banking clients at the intersection of business and IT. Supporting transformation and migration projects while enhancing expertise and developing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise our banking clients at the interface between business and IT on large transformation projects and migrations.
• Support teams in project management, test management, SAP Banking, finance transformation, data management, or regulatory reporting, depending on your experience.
• Accompany projects from requirements gathering through to go‑live.
• Analyze the challenges faced by our banking clients and develop tailored solutions.
• Contribute to the customizing/configuration of the relevant systems (e.g., SAP Banking, Abacus360).
• Systematically expand both business and technical expertise to continuously develop the consulting portfolio.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree (Business Administration, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a banking background).
• Several years of proven consulting and project experience in the banking industry.
• IT interface know‑how, for example in implementing SAP Banking (ideally Bank Analyzer, CML/LM, FPSL, FSDM, PaPM, SAC) or a regulatory reporting solution (Abacus360, BAIS).
• Enjoy actively maintaining a client network and building strategic partnerships.
• Confident communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to work in a flexible project environment and travel as required within a hybrid working model.
